We were commissioned by them to undertake some market research to understand how they performed against their competitors across a range of areas which impact on the contact centre. We have undertaken several projects for Bankers Almanac to help them build awareness for and increase customer migration to their web based product BANKERSalamanac.com.This included writing a marketing communications plan and developing and managing their highly successful PR campaign.

The UK’s leading provider of fraud prevention and PCI DSS compliant solutions. We developed their marketing strategy and helped them to tactically implement it across a number of channels to support the official launch of the brand in the UK. Under our guidance, Semafone’s lead product won the Best Product category at the European Call Centre Awards.

A strategic advertising and design company. We have worked with them supplying marketing expertise on a number of client based marketing projects in the telecoms, IT and internet sectors, for First Telecom, Cramer Systems, Galileo, Infolibria, Video Arts, Digitalk and SSI. We have worked them in establishing strategic and tactical marketing plans to successfully launch the brand to a global luxury market. Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service
The UK’s largest independent call centre mystery shopping and benchmarking programme. As the Project Director of this industry leading programme, we act as the hub between the Top 50 members, GfK NOP, PR Agency and UBM. This involves devising the project schedule, running focus groups, working with members & GfK to develop robust scenarios for mystery shopping, co-authoring the annual Benchmarking Reports, providing consultancy to members on how they can improve their performance, managing the PR agency to ensure they obtain maximum coverage and producing the Top 50 conference. To assist in the continued future growth of the programme, we provide ideas on product developments and improvements to enhance the benefits the Top 50 programme delivers to members.

A worldwide publishing group and global exhibition & conference organiser. We have worked on a number of UK and European strategic market research projects, focusing on the Contact Centre, CRM, IT and Events markets. Since its launch in 1998 we have been acting as the Project Director for the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service programme from its launch in 2008, the largest piece of benchmarking market research of its kind in the UK.
Since 2001, we have also acted as an independent conference producers for several very successful conferences. This involved researching and planning the programme, selecting the speakers and assisting in the creation of the promotional materials for the Call Centre & Customer Management Forum, Customer Strategy & Management, Call Centre Expo, Technology for Marketing, International Confex, Networks for Business and ACPO. In addition, we have been judges for the European Call Centre of the Year Awards for numerous years.
